IT – Network Administration

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for:• Gathering feedback from end users about Systems• Provide advice, training, and support to users• Identifying system requirements• Liaising with users to track tasks that can be automated• Create process flow of IT systems• Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments

Essential Requirements• Knowledge of Database and system troubleshooting• Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Power BI, MS SQL Server• Expert in Microsoft Excel• Good working knowledge of business process tools like Microsoft Visio• Understanding of business practices• Ability to think logically• Problem solving skills• Attention to detail• Ability to prioritize workloadEducation:• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ Information Management.Experience:• Minimum 03 years work experience in the above-mentioned areas.

• Knowledge of HVAC systems including Direct Evaporative Systems, Chilled water systems, condenser water systems, pump controls, Glycool/Glycol, AHU units(DX, split, RTU, CRAC, etc.), CRAH units, raised floor systems, hot/cold aisle containment, air filtration, and building management system, controls automation.• Knowledge of plumbing systems including electric water heaters, water treatment, booster pumps, distribution, sanitary/waste systems, and storm drainage systems.• Knowledge of industry standards, building codes and safety standards including UMC, NFPA, ASHRAE, UBC, IMC and LEED.• Trouble shooting and analytical experience making data driven decisions.• Experience with construction process and cost estimating process.

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.• Five (5) years’ experience and technical certifications on HVAC systems and cooling technologies from accredited bodies like Uptime.• Must possess a degree in engineering and have two (2) years’ experience with complex HVAC systems, megawatt DC thermal design and management, and experience with mission critical facilities.

• Acting as a consultant for sales in designing, cost estimation, preparing technical submission, budgeting, quotations and tenders• Liaise with factories and be a main contact for technical and product application issues• Carry out projects following pre-defined schedule and budget while maintaining high standard of work to enhance customer satisfaction• Develop cost reduction program to be competitive and efficient• Provide necessary drawings, layouts and single-line diagrams for submission to clients and authorities to get necessary approvals for a smooth completion of project• Perform competitive analysis of competitor products and technologies and develop strategies on how to sell against them• Assist the field sales team to prepare and compile presentation materials• Lead and motivate local technical support team to enhance their performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/MIS/Computer Science or equivalent work experience.• 5 years of experience as a sales/pre-sales engineer, solutions engineer, data center engineer, or related operational engineering role
