Role Summary
As a BDM, you will be responsible for co-leading the Business Development efforts at Acuvon in conjunction with the Practice Leaders and external marketing / PR agencies, focused mainly on Saudi Arabia territory.
This role is based in Riyadh, and requires you to travel within Saudi Arabia and occasionally in the rest of MENA region.

Expectations
• Building a strong pipeline of leads on a continuous basis
• Working with Practice Leaders in creating pitch documents for different service offerings
• Working with Practice Leaders in writing proposals and making submissions in accordance with timelines
• Establishing / maintaining partnership with other management consulting companies for collaborative opportunities
• Being able to achieve quarterly sales targets while maintaining targeted profitability
• Additional responsibility would be to support with the marketing efforts and leverage the same in BD activities. This will include promoting the company brand, outreach to target audience over digital mediums using specific content, and generating leads from digital channels

We arrange for travel to client location and also ensure comfortable accommodation at the client-site for our employees.

Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Mixed working model between office and work from home in view of current COVID pandemic situation)

Education, Experience and Skill-Set
• Bachelors in business administration or marketing from premier business school. MBA would be preferable
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development activities with minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting or technical companies selling B2B services
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Excellent English read, write and spoken
• Able to connect with people and build relationships
• Good understanding of management consulting
• Good presentations skills
