Job Description & Summary :
The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible on a daily basis for the provision of insightful advice and friendly, hands-on technical support at the Next Generation Tech Majlis service located in the PwC office.
The Tech Majlis service delivers a Next Generation Technology experience for the PwC employee. Primarily focussed around provision of customer centric support services, the Tech Majlis also provides a central location for IT engagement, education and innovation.
This is a vital role and critical to the success of our growth and long-term scalability. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Help foster positive customer and team relationships using a friendly and upbeat manner (Zen vibes).
– Providing personalized and solution orientated customer service.
– Ensuring all customer tickets are addressed and resolved in a timely manner, based on department and personal KPIs.
– Creating and updating support tickets, including escalating them where needed.
– Participate in cross functional teams on new technology introduction projects to ensure the site is prepared to deploy, educate and support the new solutions.
– Helping to improve existing customer experience workflows and processes.
– Drafting standard service agent responses.
– Building out the KBs.
– Assisting in the creation of training resources.
– Helping other departments to build a center of excellence with other ad-hoc related tasks as needed per business objectives.
– Adhere to all business policies and standards around security and compliance.
– Provide candid feedback and suggestions for improvements to the Tech Majlis service.
– Contribute to Tech Bytes and its ongoing development
