As the Legal Counsel, you will work alongside the Senior Counsel on a broad variety of investments, in terms of asset classes, deal sizes and jurisdictions.

A large organisation and trusted Government partner that is working on a range of exciting, new projects.

Description

* Negotiate, structure and execute regional and international investments, whether directly as a VC or PE deal, or indirectly via funds.
* Work with the Senior Counsel and manage external counsel on larger deals.
* Collaborate with specialists in other domains to build effective deals, funds structures and equity options.
* Assess broader macroeconomic and geopolitical factors and mitigate risks to deal flow.

* At least 5 years PQE.
* Must have experience with investments, especially Private Equity and Venture Capital.

* Experience with transactions in emerging markets desirable.
