We are looking for an expert audit and tax consultant who is able to bring clients to a small business of auditing and tax services. Not only this, but able to perform clients accounting, audit and tax jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies/plan.
– Researching prospects and generating leads
– Able to make door-to-door visit to offices and companies offering them Auditing and accounting services.
– Conduct phone calls to schedule meeting with clients that may require the service
– VAT Registration and deregistration.
– Filing clients monthly and quarterly VAT returns and refunds
– Performing VAT Compliance Audit & Review.
– Assesses risks and internal controls by identifying areas of non-compliance.
– Audit financial statements and assess accounts for accuracy and regulator.
– Prepare financial statement reports.
– Accounting and bookkeeping.
Key Skills and Requirements:
– Knowledge of using FTA online e-service portal.
– Knowledge Using Excel, word and PowerPoint.
– Knowledge of using accounting software.
– Knowledge of VAT penalties.
– Presentation Skills.
– Knowledge of external auditing practices and relevant regulations (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley Act)
– Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g. GAAP, IFRS).
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Sound judgement and decision-making ability.
– Proven work experience as an Accountant, External Auditor.
– Key attention to details.
– Excellent analytical and time management skills
Certifications:
– BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field, CPA/CIA/CFE/ VAT diploma or any other related professional certificate
Language Skills:
– English (fluent)
– Arabic (preferred)
