Subject matters expert on park systems, applications and hardware.Main Duties- Delivering IT support services to all various business operations such as Park Operation, Retail and F&B business.- Work and coordinate with IT team and service desk team to develop and improve IT services delivered to business operations.- Able to resolve technical issues on any hardware and peripherals and software implemented within the parks.- Single point of ownership for effective provision of systems and services to customers.- Proactively improve the service delivery.- Managing third party vendor relationships, where applicable.- Willing to train, educate and mentor other IT team members.- Able to trouble shoot systems, network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.- Supporting the roll-out of new applications and systems.- Offering business users appropriate support and advice.- Managing crisis situations on site, with assistance of other IT teams, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.- Support the park in various operation roles during busy days.- Able to mentor and educate team members on technical matters.- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the management team.
