    Director, Portfolio Management | Charterhouse

    Charterhouse are undertaking a search, for a leading financial services client, whom are in the process of looking to hire a Director level Portfolio Manager. With a reporting line to a Head of Business Planning and Credit Compliance, this role shall take ownership of the exposure management and analysis of risk factors, within their asset/loan book, across the Project Finance portfolio. This functional role will act as an interface with the credit department, to oversee and evaluate the portfolio and loan performance matrices, whilst also developing internal reports to assess any impairment costs along with ensuring credit and term reviews to mitigate any repayment risk and/or associated loss. This Director shall be expected to act as a key catalyst within a credit monitoring and product specification capacity, whilst also possessing a capability and knowledge of working with Origination (front office) teams to ensure all audit policies, contractual fees and compliance matters are considered and “factored-in” within any financial models, pitch proposal and client transactional activity.
