Key Responsibilities: – Responsible for the successful implementation for SuccessFactors for our clients – Analyze the client’s requirement and propose an appropriate solution and realization – Supporting clients in their transformation journey through the design and implementation – Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes, Manage risk, quality, timeline, and budget of the SuccessFactors implementation

Key Profile Requirements: – Bachelor’s Degree in IT related disciplines with at least 8 years for the Manager role – SAP implementation experience leading a SAP SuccessFactors implementation and the Hire to Retire process stream for Clients – Can demonstrate the lead of the stream from Program initiation, through explore realization, cut over and go live – Can clearly articulate Rise with SAP and has utilized the Activate methodology – Proven ability to build valued relationships with clients – Excellent communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English What we look for Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
