Your key responsibilities As a Manager / Senior Manager you’ll be responsible for coaching and developing the team and manage transaction accounting related engagements end-to-end, while collaborating with the transaction teams to create value for clients across the entire M&A cycle: pre-deal, deal execution and post-deal. In addition, you will identify and communicate accounting & reporting trends and developments relevant to clients and the M&A market. You will consult with appropriate resources to solve complex accounting and reporting issues for clients and participate in sales of new transaction accounting & IPO work.
