    In your role as an Accounting and Reporting Advisory (ARA) – Manager, you will participate in client proposals and oversee day-to-day operations of engagements. You’ll closely work with the team to tackle accounting, reporting and operational issues. Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback and training.• Develop and communicate workplace culture and code of conduct• Provide technical accounting advice, prepare or review accounting memorandum and manage projects such as financial statements and accounting policies review, issuance of accounting commentary or opinion (on matters such as business combinations, acquisitions / divestments, financial instruments and consolidation), IFRS impact assessment and Hedge accounting.• Assist clients with the accounting and reporting aspects of transactions including acquisitions, equity, and debt etc.• Engaging in discussions with clients, other advisors and auditors in respect of transaction structure(s) and assisting in determining the accounting implications.• Assist clients in preparing for and completing audits, and liaising with the auditors• Working with other Deloitte service lines (such as Financial Advisory Services, Tax and Consulting) in delivering the accounting advisory workstream for multi-service line projects.
