    Required experience:- 5+ years’ experience in devops engineering, devops architecture, technical operations, or in developing and maintaining large databases for complex data structures (preferably for financial markets and trading)- Extensive knowledge and hands on experience of MongoDB and Postgres- Experience working with large and complex datasets- Proven software engineering ability- Skilled in code (Python, SQL), to create custom workflows and problem solving- Confident and articulate, able to liaise with senior stakeholders across the business- Problem solver, with a self-starter mindset- Experience working in a developed financial services market (e.g. London/New York/Paris etc)- Preferable but not essential – experience working within a global markets firm / financial institution / hedge fund / quant trading house or similar. Understand the high stakes nature of trading and reliability of systems and databases.
