    Desired Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Engineering (Civil or Industrial preferred). MIM or MBA is desirable. +6 years of experience in Consultancy, ideally the Ports and Maritime industry for both public sector clients (national, regional, municipal governments, and multilateral organizations) and for the private sector (terminal operators, shipping lines, or investment funds). Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Multi-lingual ability is highly valued. High customer orientation with the ability to understand the client’s needs and translate these into a commercial proposal. Ability to manage a heavy workload and ability to work to tight deadlines. Strong commitment to excellence. High analytical and numerical skills. Skilled in team management. Full availability to travel.
