    Charterhouse are currently supporting one of our development client’s, to identify a Financial Analyst, whom will join their finance team covering the commercial real estate portfolio and development pipeline. This Analyst role will be heavily focused towards the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) undertaking. Through the development of financial reporting capabilities, the role shall also be responsible for the production of reporting material, to assess business performance whilst also contributing to strategy review via MIS and commentary-based tools. In combination, they shall also possess excellent Excel and reporting based skills along with an ability to deliver strong, concise and tailored financial information and analytical-based commentaries.
