Your key responsibilities • You’ll make a technical contribution to clients in a lead role in both financial and non- financial service sectors. • You’ll actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships, execute complex assurance procedures, supervise junior team members and help define strategy. Working under the supervision of an assurance manager and senior manager, you’ll also help execute our work and present findings to the client. • With a clear focus on anticipating and identifying risks, you’ll escalate issues as appropriate. • Working closely with colleagues, you’ll determine whether the work plan is properly executed, documented and concluded in compliance with our Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) guidelines. • As an influential member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, will coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

The opportunity Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) support organizations through a diverse range of services that include accounting and reporting, finance function transformation, transaction accounting, treasury, corporate governance, and other services that help organizations navigate evolving business needs, demands for greater transparency and changing regulatory requirements. Your Key responsibilities • In this role, you will participate in Accounting Advisory engagements, work as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress, help prepare for meetings with target management teams, and participate in these meetings and assist in preparing reports and schedules for clients and other parties. • You will also develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and build strong internal relationships within the EY Assurance business and across other services. • Contributing to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining assurance professionals will also form part of your role as will maintaining an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff.

Qualification and Requirements:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or industrial/electrical Engineering is a must.- “Very Good” GPA ranking (3.0 or above out of 4.0) is mandatory to apply to the role.- Years of Experience: minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.- Experience in process documentation using BPMN 2.0 and hands-on experience in business process management- Design and implementation engines (other than Visio).- Understanding of Customer Journey and design thinking principles.- Hands-on experience in developing bots using any of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) platform. Experience in- Object cloning and/or Citrix recording is a plus.- Certificates in Business Analysis, six sigma, RPA is a plus.- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (verbal and written), particularly ability to articulate concepts and- recommendations in written form (PowerPoint decks, Word reports, etc.)- Hands-on experience in Python coding is a plus.- Strong research and benchmarking capability.- Familiarity in google scripts and g-suite with hands-on experience in developing g-scripts is a plus
