Job Description & Summary

Purpose
• To develop and implement a Total Reward solution that will position PWC Middle East as an employer of choice, attract, retain and incentivize performance of our people.
• This will be a key enabler for PWCs growth strategy over the next 5 years.

Key Focus Areas
• Total Reward Strategy – align PWCs leaders to a Total Reward philosophy that will enable PWC to compete for talent.
• Design and Implement the total reward solution for PWC Middle East, including
• Job Evaluation and Grading
• Market Analysis & Benchmarking
• Salary Scales
