Charterhouse are currently managing an exclusive search, to identity a Senior Manager of Investor Relations, for a leading group. This role, linking to an IPO process, shall involve the development and management the investor relations mandate and strategy across both sell-side and buy-side coverage.
The Senior Manager shall execute and deliver a communications strategy, aligned to the needs of senior management and stakeholders, whilst supporting the pitch and presentation to financial investment firms and the banking forums/syndications. This position shall also play a critical role, within any external and/or regulatory liaison, to ensure accurate and relevant promotional material aligning to any compliance criterion and marketing standard.
This Senior Manager requires a candidate with a minimum of ten years’ experience across front-office investment and/or wholesale banking activities and transactional cycles. The client will look for a candidate with a detailed and demonstrable track record within the Investor Relations scene, geared towards an “in-house” or corporate focus, to ensure an advisory element and commercial understanding. In conjunction, exposure to IPO buy and sell-side activities will be another core criterion within the search.
The successful candidate will also possess a finance or investment-related qualification (ACA, CFA or MBA) and they will have exposure to the UAE, or broader GCC market, with a focus towards industrial or manufacturing-related sectors.
