Employment:
Full Time
Mainly responsible for facilitating the progress and implementation of the projects with a goal of meeting deadlines
Facilitate and ensure that sprint planning, daily stand up meetings, and retrospective meetings are held consistently and are run effectively
Establish project timelines, determine assignments, and follow up to ensure that obstacles are mitigated to avoid any delays in the project completion
Facilitate internal team coordination, mitigating blocks and achieving results from other teams
Create backlogs in Project Management tool, functional specifications, workflows, and document requirement changes
Lead project status meetings and provide daily, weekly project status updates
Partner with the Tech Leads, Business Analyst and Software Development Manager to lead and inspire scrum teams through effective communication of the vision of the project
Coordinate with Software Development Manager in doing team resource planning and utilization
Triage production support incidents and implement solutions to common issues
Build and maintain detailed documentation of processes and product roadmap
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field required
4+ years of experience in Agile Scrum process and project management
Knowledge of writing business requirements, managing changes to requirements, creating user guides and training materials as well as release notes
Excellent presentation and communication skills and ability to speak to clients
Expert knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools
Experience in a fast-paced Agile environment
Be self-driven and execute projects with minimal management oversight
Certificate in Agile Scrum Master a plus
English communication and Effective communication skills
