My client is a large financial services company based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for a HR Data Analyst – Manager their experienced HR team. The team has experts in Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Performance Management, Learning and Organizational Development from around the Globe.
– Analytical mindset
– Can discuss and challenge senior stakeholders
– Very strong in excel (Macros, look-ups etc)
– Excellent presentation skills – Powerpoint and story telling
– Will be creating presentations for senior management and the Board
– Good experience in advanced analytical projects within HR
– Good knowledge of HRMS systems
– Manpower and capacity planning
– Needs to be a Human Resources professional
