The Company
Robert Half are currently partnering with a start-up tech business headquartered in Dubai, who are looking to bring onboard an experienced Product Manager with a technical software engineering background.
The Role
Working closely with the CEO, key deliverables include:
* Define product strategy and roadmap
* Liaise with clients to gather feedback for improvements
* Gathering requirements to assist in building out the business product
* Establish proper framework for prioritising and categorizing duties
* Act as a thought leader within the company for continuous improvements
* Assist in building out systems (Java)
* Assist in refining and utilising data analytics (Python)
The Candidate
* Demonstrable success defining, launching, and improving business products
* Technical background – awareness of programming languages (JavaScript, Angular, Java) and for Data Analytics Python
* Start-up / early stages business experience advantageous but not essential
* Excellent written and verbal communicational skills
* Excellent collaborator and driven to find business solutions
* Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
* Applying candidates must already be on the ground in Dubai to be considered.
Salary and Benefits
20,000 – 25,000 AED (basic, housing and transport) per month + wider company benefits
