About the Client:
The hiring company is a prominent business setup consultancy in Sharjah handling all type of licenses for businesses in the region.
Job Role:
• Reporting to Operations Manager
• Responsible for overall process of all immigration transactions, reports, and other important documents online, and operations of OnBase system
• Responsible for employment contract and visa typing application
• Follow timeline and releasing visas (Manual and OnBase)
• Follow up with concierge team for merging UID numbers
• Coordinate with Ops Manager for any issue related to E-Channel system – OnBase or Immigration transactions
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic nationality
• 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• At least with 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge with E-Channel system and OnBase system for visa related transactions
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills in English and Arabic languages
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
