Your Role and Responsibilities
– Support Program Manager in creation and maintenance of project plans, resource plans, schedules and other project documentation.
– Work with commercial client and IBM internal stakeholders, collaborate closely with the client’s program management office
– Identify and track risks, issues and actions; escalate risks and issues to IBM management when appropriate and necessary
– Conduct project status meetings
– Communicate with project stakeholders and management, including IBM executives and external clients
– Lead Program Management Office activities
– Maintain document record/retention of the project and drive process improvement
– Manage the contractual change management process
– Manage the sign-off of project deliverables, follow up with client signatories and escalate delays as required
– Support the timely issuance of invoices to the client
