Emirati Procurement / Purchasing Specialist Up To 40k Aed + for a Leading Financial Services Company
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assist in developing Procurement and Admin budget based on the requirement of section and follow directives from line manager
• Make purchasing decisions in accordance with set budgets and as directed by line amender
• Coordinate the petty cash functions in accordance with the company’s approval matrix
• Processing of all LPO while ensuring that quality goods and services are procured at an economic price; keeping the master supplier list updated
• Prepare periodical reports of all purchasing activities
• Conduct annual vendors pre-qualification assessment
• Ensure end of year reports and closure of all pending projects in line with the company’s purchasing and accounting procedures
• Coordinate with other divisions to identify company needs as a whole

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to UAE national
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
• Must have a family book
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Management or similar
• Must be proficient in speaking Arabic and English language
• Advanced level of skills in MS Office applications and MS Great Plane
• Must have strong understanding of UAE trade laws
• Professional certification in accounting and finance is an advantage
