JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist in deveoping Procurement and Admin budget based on the requirement of section and follow directives from line manager
Make purchasing decisions in accordance with set budgets and as directed by line amanher
Coordinate the petty cash functions in accordace with the company’s approval matrix
Processing of all LPO while ensuring tthat quality goods ans services are procured at an economic price; keeping the master supplier list updated
Prepare periodical reports of all purchasing activities
Conduct annual vendors pre-qualification assessment
Ensure end of year reports and closure of all pending projects in line with the company’s purchasing and accounting procedures
Coordinate with other divisions to identify company needs as a whole
POSITION: Procurement Officer
SALARY: up to 40,000 AED depending on experience and qualification, plus education allowance

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Admnistration/Management or similar
Must be proficient in speaking Arabic and English language
Advanced level of skills in MS Office applications and MS Great Plane
Must have strong understanding of UAE trade laws
Professional certification in accounting and finance is an advantage
