Job Description
• Enter and maintain all student data based on Registration software
• Setup and run all reporting sessions (Marksheets and Profiles)
• Produce regular attendance/ register/behaviour/ achievement reports as directed by SMT and/or SLT
• Setup academic year
• Manage users
• Provide technical assistance to all SIMS users
• Carry out end of year procedures
• Provide Network Manager with SIMS data to provision CLG
• Assist Network Manager provisioning users on SLG and producing user accounts reports
• Allocate cover for absent teachers
• Maintain class lists
• Maintain changes to Nova 6
