New Vacancy – Lead System Engineer – Kuwait. Reporting to a Manager/Snr Manager
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to a Manager/Snr Manager you will handle various Systems Implementation and Modification Projects, and Lead System Engineers to rectify Systems’ Issues and Bugs to ensure that all Systems provide the desired level of Services to Support Business in achieving Objectives
Lead System Selection/Development, Implementation and Post Implementation Support
Lead and Guide System Engineers to complete Tasks related to Systems Administration, Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Remediation of the Issues and foster Knowledge Sharing Environment.
Resolve Complex Technical Issues, and work with Team Engineers and Vendors to Resolve Complex Issues
Ensure proper Analysis and Testing of Systems are arranged to Identify Errors and ensure Conformance to Standards
Oversee Installation of various Applications within the Bank and Track Validity of Licenses.
Administer Server Tasks both Scheduled and Unscheduled on Daily basis
Collaborate with Vendors and Suppliers to for Executing Projects to ensure Adequate Deliverables
Direct System Engineers to complete any Audit Findings within Agreed Dates and ensure Compliance with Findings to Mitigate Future Issues
Ensure Compliance with the department and Bank Policies and Procedures, Technology Risk, and Audit
Perform variety of Tasks within the general Scope of the Job and others that may be assigned by the Management
Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT or any equivalent and preferably with MBA
4 to 6 years of related experience preferably in Banking industry
PMP / CCP-V / ITIL / CRISC / Oracle or any equivalent Certificates is a plus
Kuwaiti nationals

Familiar with Core Banking Systems / Oracle E-Business Suite / SWIFT / SIRON Solutions / Eximbills / AMLock / Automic Solutions
