Our Client, a multinational professional services firm is seeking to hire an experienced Bilingual Executive Assistant (Arabic/English speaking) to be based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complex diary management
• Coordinate complex travel itineraries including requires visa’s
• Inbox management
• Manage expenses and timesheet submissions
• Manage and support business development and marketing activities
• Update client tracking database
• PowerPoint presentations
• Arrange events as requires
• Reception cover as required
• Support other EA’s within the business
• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years EA/PA experience in a professional services or financial services background.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Efficient, enthusiastic with a good work ethic
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
