• Incident investigation and troubleshooting
• Management of remote network configurations
• Preventative Maintenance of the NOC and NIN infrastructures
• Follow-up of preventive maintenance and scheduled outages
• Corrective maintenance intervention in conjunction with the Systems and NOC Manager
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Health Checks and Application Management
• Installation and Management of System Patches and configuration changes

• Network management, configuration and monitoring
• Experience in providing L3 support
• LAN IP technologies, QoS policies, enforcement and IP security
• Navigating and identifying alarms Management tools
• Knowledge of Incident and Problem Management
• CCNA Certified
