Our Client, a multinational professional services firm is seeking to hire a Senior Translator to be based initially in Dubai and then relocated permanently to Lebanon.
Key Responsibilities:
• Internal and external translation services largely from English to Arabic and Arabic to English format using PowerPoint or Word.
• Develops and maintains glossary
• Manages pipeline, prioritises jobs and ensures correct billing
• Liaises with external translation firm as required and reviews their performance
• Client satisfaction surveys
• The candidate should have 5-8 years translation experience in a professional services or financial services background.
• Degree educated
• Organised with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Customer service focused
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to deal
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
