Design and deliver new digital products and services in line with the digital roadmap strategy of the PBG Retail Business. Enhance the customer journeys and functions for digital channels and manage the prioritization with focus on Mobile channels.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to
• Gathers, manages, and prioritizes the product backlog in collaboration with the Business Product owner
• Ensures user stories are “ready” for development to start work
• Ensures user stories have defined and correct acceptance criteria
• Defines customer needs and the associated features to meet those needs
• Works on existing and new initiatives based on digital roadmap
• Ensures close collaboration with the development team
• Oversees the development and testing activities
• Prioritizes defect or bug resolution
• Tracks progress towards the release of a digital product
• Ensured good agile/scrum governance and practices are followed
• Works with a cross-functional team in planning the digital product release
• Coordinates between other project stakeholders which are mainly products, operations , 3rd parties, IT, controls groups, (IT risk, Operational risk, Fraud and Risk, Shared service department, Compliance, Audit, Quality control)
• Works with User experience teams for UI and UX design creation
• Works closely with business, adoption and marketing teams for go to market strategy
• Contributes to the work of the Business Owner as they define a product differentiation strategy
• Creates the product vision and roadmap which accomplishes the goal of the vision
• Identifies opportunities (internal and external) to support the Bank innovation roadmap
• Identifies process and service improvement areas (e.g. streamlining existing user journeys, introduction of new user journeys)
Requirements
• University BA or post graduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or Management or UX, UI design schools
• Certified agile product owner
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in a Product owner role
• Proven experience of digital channels and ecosystem
• Banking background and specifically Digital Channel experience mandatory
• Business oriented person with a deep technical background.
• Good judgmental skills to identify customer needs and solutions
• Minimum 2 years work experience in an agile environment
• Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills
• Good business analysis skills
• Strong Analytical and creative thinking
• Excellent team player
• Tech savvy and always up to date about latest market and global trends and technologies
