Employment:
Full Time
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers & scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts / devices for new users
Testing new technology & Apps (Customization) – Mostly Cloud Based applications
Cross-platform experience in application architecture
Testing new technology
Conducting online & on site training for staff
– A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
– Knowledge of Firewall and Security Apps like Fortinet & Trend Micro
– Knowledge of Google will be prefered
– A technical, logical thought process
– An ability to stick to strict deadlines
– An ability to prioritise and delegate
– A keen eye for detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
