Charterhouse are working with a reputable Investment Bank in the DIFC who are looking to hire a Personal Assistant. This is a very exciting opportunity to work with a Global Leading Organisation within a professional yet welcoming working environment.
This role is extremely varied and will see you providing administrative support to the Managing Director within a fast-paced office environment. Your main responsibilities will be a variety of business and personal tasks including diary and email management, scheduling meetings and conference calls as well as making complex travel arrangements. In addition, you will carry out any ad hoc duties where necessary to ensure efficient operation of the team.
It will be your responsibility to ensure all professional appointments are carried out efficiently, in a timely manner.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant with a proven track record providing high level administrative and client services support. Previous experience working within Financial Services is extremely beneficial however, this is not essential.
It is crucial that you have exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written due to large correspondence across the Globe. You must be hardworking, a strong team player with a positive attitude and able to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
