FT FT Capital Investments are looking for an enthusiastic Social Community Co-ordinator that will help build and grow our business in the UAE. The desired candidate will have the capability to work cross-functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with its customers. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and excited by the diverse range of opportunities and challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and engaging with the organisation’s online community in a way that builds brand awareness
• Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social platforms in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to leadership
• Build relationships with the online community such as customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trends
• Work with social media managers to generate social content that will drive communications
• Manage leads and referrals
Requirements:
• Experience in the Blockchain/crypto industry is ESSENTIAL
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Problem Solving and time management skills
• Strong customer focus with the ability to convey messages politely, tactfully and confidently in conflicts or challenging situations
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
