Our team of Domain Experts in Data Management is looking to hire a matter expert in this fields to work with Clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
– Deliver successful Customer Engagements leading to increased consumption
– Collaborate with the Account C loud Engineers and Sales in the field to define the scope and deliverables for the customer requirements
– Support the Account C loud Engineers in describing the proposed solutions providing deep expertise and experience about a specific domain.
– Articulates differentiators against competition.
– Identifies market trends and value propositions.
– Thought Leadership and Evangelism
– Continuously invest in deepening domain skills by taking relevant training courses
– Proactively participate to define and rollout sales initiatives.
– Work closely with Product Management to gain early competence in new domain solutions /features .
– Have a deep understanding of the competitors equivalent cloud offerings and OCI competitive differentiators
– Cross-collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
– Work closely and collaboratively as one team with other domains , workload architects, lift team and shared services .
– Collaborate across the ecosystem of Consulting, Customer Support and Oracle partners to scale the engagement model
– Contribute to the relevant Communities of Practice (CoP) to foster better collaboration
– Identify and develop team assets (white papers, blogs, slack support, reference architectures, and software migration components) to help other groups gain relevant experience in deploying their domain solutions .
Governance & Reporting
– Complete all relevant certifications and other mandatory enablement
– Fully understand and leverage the systems in place to support customer strategic engagements.
– Provide timely status updates and other reports as required.
Skills and Profile
– Data Management
– Fluency in SQL & PL/SQL
– Strong ADW and ATP knowledge
– Advanced knowledge of OLTP concepts
– Advanced knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts
– Experience with Oracle Exadata & Database Consolidation
– Experience with the following: Real Application Clusters (RAC), Active Data Guard (ADG), Clusterware/Grid, Diagnostics and Tuning, Enterprise Manager
– Data Integration
– Experience with ETL Tools – specific experience designing and implementing data migration code using Oracle Data Integrator
– Experience with Data Quality tools, performing data analysis, data profiling and data cleansing. Specific experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Quality
– Experience with Data Replication tools, especially Oracle GoldenGate
– OCI Data Catalog
– DB Development
– DB development knowledge using Oracle APEX
– REST service development
– Forms to APEX migrations
– Networking knowledge
– Experience managing Unix-like operating Systems, Linux & shell scripting
