Excellent command of English written and spoken is essential, Arabic would be an advantage. Bachelors degree level, one or two years experience post graduation experience, outgoing personality, not frightened of a challenge or dealing with people at all levels. Can demonstrate a desire to succeed and have an out of the box mind set to bring creativity to the role.
