Office Administrator (Arabic speaker) | Inspire Selection

A professional services firm in DIFC is looking to hire an Office Administrator to join their Dubai office.

You will sit on reception and help with a variety of administrative duties including but not limited to:

• Answering the telephone in English and Arabic,
• Ensuring office stock and supplies are maintained and replenished as required;
• Dealing with staff expenses and liaising with international offices of the Bank;
• A major part of this role involves an aspect of telesales: – calling clients and prospective clients to set up meetings for the Relationship Managers. You must have excellent English and Arabic skills and be confident with your communication skills.

To be considered for the role you must be:

• Fluent in English and Arabic;
• Very organised and able to work autonomously;
• Articulate and confident on the telephone. Able to arrange meetings and become friendly with gatekeepers to turn a ‘no’ in to a ‘yes’
• You will have experience working in office administration and sales or telesales.
• You will be ambitious, a doer who can be relied on to get the job done.

Salary: 8-10,000AED per month.
