OCM (Organization Change Management) Consultant | Halian

– Identify, engage and manage stakeholders, monitor adoption and manage resistance for the program
– Define communication plans, develop engaging communications, and manage communication deployment through effective channels
– Determine the scale, magnitude and complexity of learning and development needed to achieve the future state model and formulate
– Manage the development and deployment of training materials using effective training channels
– Design and facilitate client workshops, sessions and meetings
– Report project level status, metrics, issues and risks and manage to successful completion of all Change Management components within the program

– Must have 6-8 years of relevant experience.
– Conduct assessments to understand existing programme adoption.
– Identify people and organizational risks and anticipated points of resistance.
– Develop and execute Change Management action plans to mitigate adoption programme risks.
– Drive faster adoption and higher utilization of process/system changes related to the programme.
– Identify, establish and manage Change Champions, Network to involve & engage stakeholders spread across diverse locations/ functions/ business lines within the client organization.
– Engage with implementation team to plan and execute Change deliverables for the programme.
