Mentor Global Consultant is seeking to hire an executive or a director level person with a hands-on background in running day to day operations of a money transfer and foreign currency exchange house.
The job is an advisory and consulting role related to a business turnaround project of a mid-size exchange house in UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong operational background with one of the mid-size or large exchange houses in the UAE.

Candidates should come with strong business and operational knowledge of global remittance, foreign exchange, payment solutions, branches management, technology infrastructure and UAE specific applicable laws.
The role will require high analytical skills, solid ability to identify business & operational weak points and advice on sound solution as well as capabilities in presenting both in verbal and written manner a well-structured program plans ready for implementation.
The candidate will be reporting to the turnaround program director while working closely with the client CEO and leadership team. The role will require a physical presence in the UAE for 3 to 6 months at least.
