The Company

A multinational health insurance firm based in Dubai is looking for two experienced Business Development Directors to come and join their team.

The Role

* Researching the market and industry trends
* Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
* Brainstorming with the business development team to create new project strategies
* Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
* Interacting and building relationships with insurance sales representatives
* Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
* Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
* Creating sales pitches
* Executing sales objectives
* Finding and following new sales leads
* Attending networking events
* Negotiating and reviewing contracts
* Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand awareness/loyalty

Candidate Requirements

* Three to five years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service, or related field
* Demonstrated and proven sales results
* Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
* MBA degree is a major plus

Languages

* Fluent English (speaking and writing)
* French language a plus
* Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
