MEP Supervisor | ENGIE Cofely

Employment: Full Time

• Supervise your team of Technicians, and MEP service providers to ensure that all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure that each team member executes their work to meet industry best practice.
• Establish relationships with your suppliers to ensure the quality of work meets industry best practice.
• Supervise the co-ordination between our customers and your team members to ensure satisfactory communication and completion of works.

Workload Planning:
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly schedules of work for your team across PPM, reactive maintenance, additional works and helpdesk jobs.
• Establish methods of working practice for each task and ensure that all members of the team understand their responsibilities.
• Ensure that you allocate work to your team to optimize productivity and quality of service.
• You must have full control over the level of work issued by the helpdesk to ensure we respond to the necessary requirements within the agreed timeframe.

Operations:
• Create a team and working environment to ensure that all operatives work together to support each other’s and the teams overall responsibilities.
• Ensure that your team is fully conversant with the company’s operating procedures for all types of works.
• Carry out routine inspection of works to ensure that the quality of workmanship meets the service level agreements and excels key performance indicators.
• Report to your immediate manager on an as required basis to discuss workload and other issues.
• Ensure that your team members are consistent and reliable in terms of time keeping and attendance.
• Perform routine tasks as and when required to ensure completion of works within the agreed work schedules.

Customer Relations:
• Ensure that communication between your team members and the clients/public is timely and professional.
• Assist with the implementation of customer audits to gain feedback on the level of service provided.

Quality Assurance:
• Coordinate with the CBFM, QHSE staff to ensure compliance at all times during service delivery.
• Monitor the quality of the service provider’s personnel and ensure that it is as per the contract service level agreement and they have the correct skills and qualifications.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation is in place and is aligned with the company quality assurance system.
• Work closely with the company management team to identify and implement innovations that will
• Enhance operational efficiencies and profit.

• Appropriate Degree/Diploma qualification
• Good written and spoken English
• Technical expertise including the planning of minor works and reactive jobs.
• Leadership qualities, especially team leadership skills and superior man management ability.
• Communication skills, focused towards fostering customer relations
• Team Player.
• Cultural understanding.
• Motivated and dynamic.
