Our client has a wide portfolio of investments across various sectors and due to expansion they are looking for a highly experience bilingual candidate who can bring a wealth of experience and legal expertise to the corporate commercial team, reporting to the Head of Legal.Working alongside a solid legal team already in place you will support the organisation with a cross-functional legal role in all Corporate Commercial work such as contract management and negotiations, drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial contracts in Arabic & English as well as HR and Labour Law compliance. You will also work on financial transactions and matters, provide day to day legal services for the organisation and any subsidiaries as well as working with outside counsel on any Dispute Resolution matters.

    The successful candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English and will be a qualified Lawyer 10+ years PQE with experience working within a family group and/or in Real Estate, Finance and Corporate Law.
