What you’ll be doing – Support & follow up with vendor inquiries on invoice-related topics utilizing the ticketing system, email communications, and calls cross-functional in Egypt or regionally.- Train & support accounting, and commercial team on invoice upload, and GS1 codes process. – Technical and Troubleshooting support with vendors on the middleware, and ETA portals. – Interact with management and other departments for invoice-related topics. – Develop and maintain training documents. – Participate in and drive continuous improvement projects/initiatives. – Participate in ad hoc projects as needed

    What you’ll need to succeed – Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science preferred. – 1-2 years’ Experience with ERP systems, preferred in Oracle EBS, Xstore. – Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office. – Effective communication skills and customer service approach. – Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills. – Experience with XML and JSON invoicing. – Experience in communicating with ETA, GS1 & other local entities in Egypt.
