    Business Consulting Grade Qualifications The diversity of the role, complexity of the professional environment and strategic nature of the assignments involved, require that the person to qualify for the role must have: – At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in wealth and asset management industry or other big four / strategy consulting firms with clients including asset managers, wealth managers, private banks, fund managers, administrators, financial advisors, investment managers, pension funds, banks, insurance companies, mutual fund house and hedge fund house etc. – Good knowledge of investment products and Wealth & Asset Management offerings and the different asset classes – Deep knowledge of and affinity with, among other things, strategy (development), business performance improvement, digital technology, customer processes and operating models – Proven track record of effectively managing projects and/or client engagements Ideally, you’ll also have – Knowledge in statutory and regulatory aspects of WAM industry – Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills.     Senior Financial Accountant | Charterhouse

    At Charterhouse, we are currently working with an international trading client, whom are looking to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant in to their regional accounting team.This Financial Accountant will take ownership across all areas of the accounts payable function, which includes VAT accounting and/or filing, whilst overseeing all areas of financial accounting, the closure of financial statements along with the monitoring of expense management and all payment cycles. The role shall also extend to the reconciliations across the general ledger whilst also managing any documentation processes across the systems and journals. In conjunction, this Accountant will have oversight of all cash flow management; to ensure accurate and timely payments in support of the accounting and reporting teams. This role will also work very closely within areas of accounts finalisation and any settlements, linking to front office, whilst also delivering a strong and accurate MIS-based reporting capability; to support both cost controls, management reporting exercises and any financial analysis.

    The client will look to recruit a professionally qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA) in to this position with a strong post-qualified background across financial accounting and MIS related disciplines within a corporate and/or professional services environment. Candidates shall be well-versed within either ERP and/or accounting packages; to allow for a strong control and systems compliance background. The successful applicant will also need a strong attention to detail, to work across complex transactions and reconciliations, whilst also being able to partner with the business to manage any commercial finance matters. As a final point, the client will also assess candidates whom can demonstrate advanced Excel-based skills, with an ability to develop and deliver strong reports and financial accounts.

Lead by an innovative and dynamic CEO with a clear vision to improve healthcare culture, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business which will give the incumbent the opportunity to play a key part in managing and steering the direction of the application product development.The IT Product Development Manager will be responsible and accountable for the design, development and execution of the digital products and systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines, supervising the implementation, maintenance and upgrades of all digital products including Apps, web & E-commerce platform.This managerial role will provide technical leadership and oversight of digital solutions, products, and programs, overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT development projects.In conjunction, the candidate will design and implement UI/UX, architecture solutions, technical development and quality control of digital products and IT systems, gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs, whilst leading providing maintenance and upgrades on Web/E-Commerce site development and Mobile Application Development (Android and IOS).

    The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial mind-set and will preferably understand the challenges and complexities of working within a start-up business.The ideal candidate will have excellent programming skills in modern HTML/CSS and will be able to demonstrate a track-record of developing web and mobile phone apps (UX Design).You will have an In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools, and have a familiarity with at least one programming language, PHP, Python, Javascript, J2EE.This management position will require you to have strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets, as well as managing a team of technicians on multiple projects at one time.
