The Cloud Technology Team in EMEA South , as part of to the Chief Revenue Office organization (CRO) in EMEA South, is driving our End-to-End Cloud deployment strategy for the region including the OneStrike/Next Generation Cloud Delivery program and is pivotal for the success of the overall Cloud business in the region . The role You will be a key member of the Cloud Technology Team with a main focus as the EMEA South PMO lead for the One Strike / Next Generation Cloud Delivery program. One Strike is a global program approved by the SAP board to accelerate our move to the cloud. It supports the execution of our 4+1 strategy by shifting our application workloads to the cloud. One Strike will ensure SAP has a solid, future-proof infrastructure that will meet the future needs of our business. Through this, SAP is making massive investments in the harmonization of our cloud delivery infrastructure to modernize it and thus enable faster product innovation cycles, reduced TCO, and improved resiliency. This role will provide leadership and direction to the field with respect to managing our customers, partners, and overall business impacts across the region. It also is to provide steering and guidance across the various Customer Success Lines of Business and oversee the overall successful delivery of One Strike for EMEA South. This is a regional role and can be based from any major EMEA South location e.g. Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Dubai, Riyadh . Expectations and Tasks- Senior Program Manager that can operate at both a detailed task level but also at an executive level with global, regional and LOB leaders . – Further improve program governance, project planning activities and manage the execution of projects according to plan – Operational management of complex, multi year programs impacting various organizations and LoBs within SAP – Manage program priorities & steer project and SWAT teams – Act as a central point of contact regarding all project / program related queries – Prepare and provide clear and concise presentations to SAP executives for all project / program related topics – Maintain overall industry knowledge on latest trends and technologies, SAP cloud strategy and roadmap, architecture strategy, customer successes and value proposition across SAP’s cloud portfolio – Track action items, prepare meeting materials, and ensure proper follow ups – Manage program rollout execution with delivery teams including partners – Deliver / support reporting and risk management within program scope – Manage expectations, roles and responsibilities during program execution
