    We are seeking a highly skilled ASP.NET,MVC/C#/VB.NET developer with a strong background in building scalable, predictable, high-quality and high-performance web applications on the Microsoft technology stack. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing web applications. This person will work with a team of experienced analysts, developers a business resources to build highly-performing enterprise systems.• Analyze business processes and design IT systems to meet the requirements of the CBD Business Functions• Document functional and non-functional (security, availability, performance) software specifications in alignment to the corporate guidelines and principles• Coordinate software development activities and ensure timely and accurate delivery of the specifications• Coordinate unit and system integration testing in order to meet software quality objectives• Coordinate the overall solution design and deployment activities coordinating with internal teams and vendors• Handling application support and maintenance activities• Perform applications assessments and develop applications as per the roadmaps defined.• Prepare projects and applications reports adhering to the Bank’s policies, procedures, and guidelines in order to satisfy internal and external reporting requirements.• Prepare technical manuals for users and operators of the applications

    Requirements• Expert on .Net based applications related to banking platforms as a Lead Developer• Hands on expertise on integration to and knowledge of UAEPGS and eCommerce platforms and internal Channel integrations.• Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance• Experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA)• Experience in delivering mission critical, high volume solutions.• 6+ years of experience in developing, customizing, maintaining & supporting ASP.NET/MVC/VB.NET/C# based payment applications. • SQL Server (2008/2016 preferred) • JQuery, Ajax, Angular 5, XML and JSON • Familiar with multiple DBMS and programming languages• Excellent knowledge of the .NET 4.7 higher Framework, including VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Rest API, ASMX and WCF Web Services, ADO.NET and LINQ• University graduate in Computer Science• Professional qualifications in software development • Understanding of Banking products, services and processes

    In 1969, when we at Commercial Bank of Dubai started out little did we know that sheer grit and determination would get us where we are today. An Emiri Decree issued by His Highness the Late Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the founder of modern Dubai, laid the cornerstone of Commercial Bank of Dubai. We started out as a joint venture of Commerzbank, Chase Manhattan Bank and Commercial Bank of Kuwait. A minority stake was held by a few UAE businessmen.

    By 1982, little more than a decade later, we evolved into a National Public Shareholding company. A feat complimented by an exponential increase in the capital base and mammoth restructuring of our operations. The feather in the cap came when the Government of Dubai became a key shareholder.
