Charterhouse is working with a boutique private investment firm looking to employ a Degree educated Executive Assistant.
• You shall be expected to work closely with all other staff members based in the UAE and the US and will provide an exceptional level of administrative support to all of the team.
• You will manage a number of stakeholders and report in at senior management level.
• You will complete complex travel and diary management in addition to managing key details around important conferences and events.
The successful candidate will already be living in Dubai and will possess UAE working experience at EA level. The role will involve significant international travel in-order to support professional conferences and so candidates must be flexible and open to travelling within their role.
• You will possess EA or administrative experience within a professional services environment.
• In character, you will be confident and motivated.
• You will also be able to instill professionalism in your colleagues and will possess a proven ability to manage stakeholders.
For this permanent role, it is crucial that you have a full UAE driving license. The role is not office based and due to the international nature of the role, you will need to have some flexibility around your working hours where required. Due to visa restrictions, it is crucial that you are based in the UAE already.
