Ignite Service and Selection are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager at Director level for a role based in Riyadh. Our client is a huge specialist within the IT Industry in Saudi and are looking to add an experienced Director with a strong IT background to their company. Must have managed large programs / multiple large-scale projects for clients with complex and heterogeneous technology landscape, covering the full SDLC.
To be considered for this role you must have 15 yrs + experience in IT system Integration projects working in GCC.
Candidate requirements for this role are as follows,
· 15 yrs plus experience in IT system Integration projects working in GCC
· Strong experience in delivering projects using multiple methodologies – Waterfall, Agile Scrum/Safe methodologies.
· Experienced in Digital transformation journeys of the customer in technology areas including Data, Digital Engineering
and Cloud.
· Strong understanding of delivery, include contracting,
· Should have PMP/PRINCE or equivalent certification
· Strong understanding of technology trends and usage in business areas
· Industry-specific technology and product knowledge
· Ability to identify and drive issues to a quick resolution while balancing the needs of the business, the customer and the
team.
· Proven record in the team and organizational leadership skills working with senior management and individual
contributors
· Strong experience and understanding of upsell/ cross-sell to grow footprint in the designated account(s).
· Working experience with a consulting or technology integration company is highly desired
· Good communication skill in English and Arabic
· Flexibility in working across KSA as per project needs.
