Job Description & Summary

Ability to review, analyze and document the current and future HC Operations Standard Operating Procedures:
– HC Back Office Operations 
– HC Payroll Operations
– HC Services

Expected Deliverables are
– As Is + Current State Assessment Report
– Defined business processes L1, L2, L3
– Defined rules/governance for each process
– Developed standard operating procedure for each BP

Preferred skills
– Business Process Analysis
– Standard Operating Procedures

Minimum years’ experience required
– 3 to 5 years’ experience in documenting and writing BPs and SOPs

Additional application instructions
– Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders
– Define and document using Google Docs, Google Sheets and/or MS Excel/Word

Degrees/Field of Study required
– Degrees/Field of Study preferred:
– Bachelor in Business Administration
– Business Administration/Management, Bachelor of Engineering
– Industrial Engineering
