A professional services, global consultancy is seeking to add to their Talent Management team with a Senior Coordinator for the full cycle of their graduate programmes. The organisation covers a diverse range of clients across many industry disciplines and they have a fantastic reputation on an international level. The role will involve travel to recruitment events, particularly in the final quarter of the year and so it is expected that you will have the flexibility to travel to Europe and the USA approximately 10 times per annum. The role itself is based in the Dubai office and you will devise a full strategy and manage the complete cycle of the recruitment process for all MBA graduates. Working with some of the top university campuses across the globe you will maintain strong relationships with them and all internal and external stakeholders. You will also possess strong communication and presentation delivery capabilities as it is expected the successful individual will present the organisation to potential graduate scheme employees, in order to position the company as a preferred future employer to students.
Forming part of the Talent Management team you will be a key decision maker concerning potential graduate employees and be the first point of contact for all queries concerning the same; managing expectations and facilitating the successful candidates all the way through the process to onboarding. You will therefore also work closely with the Department Managers and wider HR team in order to maintain control of the applicant tracking process. Post recruitment you will provide a year-end review, securing data from the internal system, providing commentary on successes and improvements for the following year.
This role requires a very hands on individual whom is able to manage many competing deadlines in any one day. You will be a focused, self-motivated and proactive Senior Recruitment Coordinator with 2 years + experience of managing graduate schemes from inception to post evaluation and continuous strategy development. It is expected that you will also be educated to graduate level and those form a similar role within professional services are highly desirable.
