* Responsible for managing a locally based IT Support Function
* Delivery of world class customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Implementation of IT Service Management methodology and processes

* Experience in planning and executing end to end IT support services (User Support, Laptop, Desktops, Printers, Network) for End Users.
* Experience in People Management, Equipment Management, Process Management and Technology Management
* Ability to lead the support services ensuring Service Level Agreement compliance and adherence to IT policies and procedures.
* The ideal candidate must be an expert in End User Computing (people management, stakeholder management, strategy and customer service).
* Proven background in improving customer service, implementing performance metrics and IT strategy.
* Responsibilities of the End User Support / End User Computing will also include creating new processes to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the End User Support function.
* ITIL Expert Certification (Not Foundation)
* Excellent hands on experience in ITSM (IT Service Management)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
