JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
Contact potential clients through networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
Building and maintaining good working relationships with the customers
Appraise the wishes and demands of the customers and sell the suitable protection plans
Processing clients’ valid insurance claims
Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions
Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics and regulations of the firm

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ANY nationality, preferably Filipino, Sri Lankan, Indian and Egyptian nationals
Male or Female, below 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in the same field or industry
Excellent in identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales
Detail-orientated, patient and strong management and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
